We provide expert IT project and program management services on an hourly basis, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Our services are billed at an agreed-upon hourly rate based on work performed in Vienna. Any travel costs incurred will be covered by the client. Invoices are issued monthly, and payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date.

The client shall provide contact to all necessary stakeholders and access to all documents & information for the project in a timely manner.

Both parties agree to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party. ‘Confidential Information’ includes, but is not limited to, any proprietary data, business strategies, or project-related information disclosed by either party.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data. We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. In the event of a dispute both parties agree to resolve the issue through good faith negotiation.
