When Johannes started at Kapsch TrafficCom, he took over the position of Global Project Manager for an international project of high importance to the group. The project was in a very challenging situation, and Johannes gradually improved its financial position by leading negotiations with the customer. This resulted in an agreement that became the baseline for both successful delivery and a financial turnaround. I recommend Johannes as a Project Manager, especially for complex and financially challenging projects.
